Fees

25 Percent Performance Fee
A 25% fee will be applied to new profits on your account. So for example, if after 1 month, your account experiences gains of $10,000 in profit, $2,500 (25% of $10,000) is our performance fee and $7,500 is your net profit. If your account experiences a loss for the month, which will inevitably happen throughout the course of a year, then the performance fee is zero for that month. Cost of doing business with OANDA is embedded in the spread.

Monthly High Water Mark
At the end of each month, the performance fee will be applied to new profits on your account. A high water mark is established each time the performance fee is applied. This means no additional performance fees may be earned until this high profit watermark has been surpassed. For example, after a monthly loss of $3,000, no additional performance fee can be earned until that $3,000 is first recovered.

Combined Accounts Water Mark
Rove Capital manages your funds through two separate accounts: Rove 1 and Rove 2. The performance fee will be applied to the combined returns of the accounts, and the water mark will apply to the combined returns of the accounts as well. For example, if Rove 1 is -5% one month and Rove 2 is +5%, the net return on your account for the month is 0% and you will not be charged any performance fees because there were no new profits on the combined balance..

Monthly Reporting
Monthly returns will be based on both realized and unrealized positions at the end of each month. Any fees on new profits (above water mark) are only subject to realized gains, which means no fees will be applied to floating positions. Long term positions will not affect your ability to withdraw funds at any time.
